Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use this website. The platform is governed separately, by the agreement executed with each customer.
1.What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the Revitics platform. Access to the platform is granted under a master services agreement, an order form and a business associate agreement executed with each customer, and those documents control in every respect.
If you are evaluating Revitics, nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to provide anything.
2.No professional advice
Material on this site describes software. It is not legal, compliance, coding, billing, accounting or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement or your own advisers.
Healthcare reimbursement is governed by your payer agreements, by payer policy and by law. Decisions about what to bill, what to appeal and what to write off are yours.
3.No guarantee of financial outcome
This is the term that matters most and it is stated plainly. Revitics does not guarantee any recovery, any amount, or any rate of success.
- Figures shown anywhere on this site are synthetic demonstration data. None is a customer outcome and none is a projection of what any organisation would recover.
- An assessment reports exposure identified in a customer's own historical data. What is actually recoverable depends on filing deadlines, payer behaviour, contract terms and the evidence available.
- Identified leakage, validated opportunity, submitted recovery and verified recovered cash are four different figures, and only the last is money received.
4.Acceptable use of this website
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or any system behind it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.
Good-faith security research is welcome and is governed by our Responsible Disclosure policy, which sets out what we will not pursue you for. Use of the platform itself is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy.
5.Intellectual property
The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to Revitics Enterprises or its licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it. You may not reproduce it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or marks to suggest a relationship, endorsement or certification that does not exist.
"Revitics" is a working brand pending trademark clearance. That status is stated openly and does not diminish the rights we do hold.
6.Third-party links and names
Where this site names another company — an EHR vendor, a clearinghouse, a payer, a competitor — that name belongs to its owner and is used descriptively. Naming a system does not mean we integrate with it, and this site states explicitly where we do not.
7.Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in respect of the website.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, or for lost profits or lost data.
NEEDS DECISION A liability cap, its amount, and how it interacts with the customer agreement are matters for counsel. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or personal injury.
8.Governing law
NEEDS DECISION Governing law and venue depend on where the entity is ultimately formed — the launch plan contemplates Georgia or Delaware and that decision is open. Counsel should complete this clause before publication rather than us guessing at it.
9.Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
