Company

A hospital should be able to check every number.

Revitics Enterprises builds healthcare revenue intelligence and recovery software. The premise is narrow and the discipline behind it is not.

Why this exists

Insurers underpay, and the evidence is already in the building

A provider sends a claim, a payer sends back money and a set of adjustment codes, and the difference between those two things is either correct or it is not. Working that out requires the contract, the claim, the remittance and someone's attention — and most organisations have the first three and not the fourth.

Software should be able to do it. The awkward part is that the answer has to survive being questioned by an insurer with every reason to question it, which is a much higher bar than producing a number on a dashboard.

How we build

Four commitments, and what each one costs us

Every one of these makes the product slower to build or less impressive in a demo. They are the reason to use it.

Commitment

Money is deterministic

No model produces a dollar figure — ever. Every calculation stores its inputs, the contract version and the engine version so it can be re-derived years later. What it costs: we cannot claim the AI finds the money, which is what the market wants to hear.

Commitment

Refuse rather than guess

No verified contract term means expected payment unavailable, not an estimate. A missing fact in an appeal is stated to the payer rather than filled in. What it costs: a smaller headline number than a competitor willing to extrapolate.

Commitment

Four numbers, never merged

Identified, validated, submitted and verified-recovered are different figures. Only the last is money in the bank. What it costs: the number we get to put on a slide is the smallest one.

Commitment

Claim only what ships

We do not describe integrations we have not shipped or certifications we do not hold — on the product, on this site, or in a sales conversation. What it costs: we lose deals to vendors who imply otherwise.

Where we are

Dallas, and soon Atlanta

The company is based in Dallas, Texas, with an Atlanta, Georgia location coming soon, and works remotely across the United States. The careers page lists the positions that exist, and lists nothing else.
